Can I get rid of browser as main button on 401g?

I just got the 401g and really like it as I was upgrading from the VERY basic Nokia 1600. However, I hate that the browser is connected from the main screen as I have accidentally clicked the browser button more than once, and as soon as I do, I lose a whole minute. Is there a way to lock the browser that I've not found, or remove the access from the main screen buttons?

I am annoyed by the browser key location too, but I was not able to find a way to switch it to something different.

Lock the Keypad to disable accidental browser launching ..

Just press and hold the * key ( lower left corner ) for a few seconds till you see the "Locked" message on screen. Now the keypad is locked and pressing the "Browser" soft key won't launch the browser.

Thanks for your questions. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to do it. It is somewhat annoying because that same key has other functions for other tasks which can sometimes cause a mixup.

I think it did happen a couple of time when I first got the phone. After that, I learned to avoid it.
