Will not recoginze memory card that came with the phone. Memory card works in other phone and on computer. Will not transfer pictures to memory card or will not email pictures after deducting 3.5 minutes. Have formatted card with phone. Phone recognizes the memory card is installed, just can't use. Will not play MP3 neither. Have had phone a while, first time trying to use the pictures. MP3 has never worked.

This phone is a piece of crap. You can't transfer photos to your computer. You can't access your e-mail or surf the net. you are better off with a two way radio from toys r us.

Just read on another forum that Micro SD over 2GB is not supported. And if over a 1GB card should be a SanDisk

I had to buy a bluetooth adaptor, was then able to transfer pictures to my computer. Could not tranfer using the UBS cable.

I, too, cannot transfer pics to memory and, therefore, to computer. Net10 has replaced the phone twice (3 seperate phones), but none of them will recognize the memory card.

Thanks for the input. One other person reported having a problem with the memory card included in the offer.
