I got my 7 yr old a Tracfone. So when it rang twice at 2 am, I called the number back. It was also a 720 number it had a busy dial the first time then the second it said your call cannot be completed as dialed?

When you get a new cell phone with a new number, the number has usually been recycled from a previous user. Sometimes you get calls from someone trying to reach the person who used to have this number. It is annoying especially when the person using the phone is your 7-year old.
I don't know which model you have, but it may have the option to put calls on a block list so that you don't receive them. The way to do that on some phones is to create a contact for that number and then put that contact on the block list.
The other option you have is to use a service like Kajeet which has parental controls which allow you to set a specific set of numbers that can call the phone. You can also limit the times the phone can be used to specific times of the day and days of the week.
