Call Canada from Florida with Tracfone

I have a model 1112 Nokia phone i purchased from Target in Port Huron, Mich. 48060.Purchased in 2007.I'm going to Florida in Feb.2010.I would like to active phone.I .want to be able to phone Sarnia,Ont. from Florida.

I live on the Mich./Ontario border.

Activate Tracfone international calling

Hi Bob,

Since you're planning to use the Tracfone in the US to call Canada, the best thing would be to go over to the Michigan side and:

1) Activate your Tracfone

and then

2) Activate International calling for your Tracfone by calling 1-800-706-3839

After that you should be able to call Ontario from Florida.
