Basic phones are available for as low as $4, however, remember that there's still a $25 activation fee. Note: You can find info on Alltel's old Simple Freedom plans here.

Where to get Alltel Prepaid Phones
You can buy the phones online through the Alltel Wireless, once you enter a valid zip code where they offer service. You can also use the store locator on their site if you want to walk in and choose one out yourself.
Alltel Phones from Walmart
Alltel prepaid phones used to be available at Walmart however, I'm not sure that's true anymore. I went to Walmart's website and set the store for an area in SC where Alltel does offer service, but I found no Alltel phones listed online. So I don't know for sure, but it looks like Walmart no longer carries these phones. If I'm wrong, please let me know via the feedback form.
