Airtime & service disabled. Pre-paid & online technical support issues have been unsuccessful

I haven't had problems w/ this phone until 12/16/2016. No minutes have appeared, and the service has been disabled. So I bought a card and attempted to add and buy airtime. The serial number that came w/ the phone, and or the prepaid card have not resolved the issue. The ticket number, promo codes, and or the online technical support haven't resolved the issue either. The serial number, phone number of this phone, the last four numbers of my soc sec number etc haven't resolved the problem.

When I attempt to use my existing phone number with this account hasn't been recognizable. Have attempted to create a new one it's as if I haven't pressed submit.

What happened in the end? STILL NO SERVICE!!!

The service at the only pay phone in my town doesn't have service either.




I'm not a fan of the run around!

You have to re-activate

Hi A.F.,

I'm not sure what's going on in your case.

Recently, I had two expired Tracfones to which I tried to add airtime online on Tracfone's site. When I did that, Tracfone asked me to re-activate the phone, which I did, and I was able to keep my phone numbers as well even though the service had been expired for a few weeks.
