about money i added to my Alltel prepaid account

I have the $69.99 prepaid plan, and i haven't used up all my mins i added like 30 something dollars to my account and i notices my mins was getting low and i called customer care and ask them what was going on and i went to the alltel store and they told me by me adding money to my account it turned it to a prepaid plan i did not get any of my unlimited features but the guy at the alltel store told me if i pay $49 my account would replenish but I'm looking at if i didn't get any of my unlimited features when i added my $30 that mean im not going to get my unlimited features if i pay the other $49. I thought when i added money i suppose to get all my features and money shouldn't be taken away from my account.

Recently bought 2 Blackberry Pearls with $100 rebate per phone...Rep Never told us rebate was for Alltel prepaid card for alltel usage. Got home and read the fine print while mailing in rebate...This is adv with false representation
So we are paying regular price and not getting anything in return. This purchase was based on recommendation of a sales rep instore of Alltell and we would not have made these purchases. Price is what we were looking for...I am so disappointed because now we are in a 2 yr contract that we cant get out of without paying more money...Alltel...Please give out written info to future customers in advance so that in making our decisions, we have the facts...Too bad that some of your sales reps donot rep the truth...

Sorry to hear about your hassles. At 69.99 per month you probably are a heavy cell phone user. You might want to try a different unlimited no-contract plan from Boost, Virgin Mobile, Cricket or Net10 depending on the coverage.
