I purchased a $30 phone card to apply to my phone but is telling me airtime pin is invalid for my phone. How do I apply it to my phone?

Hi Amanda,
The $30 phone card is only valid for the Net10 pay as you go plans. If you have a monthly unlimited plan, you cannot use this card. This is a common issue with, unfortunately, no solution.
